JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities
Plants turf grass, shrubs, trees, flowers and other plants that are designed by a landscape designer. May also install walkways, patios, outdoor lighting, pruning shrubs, and overseeding lawns aerating lawns
Qualifications and skills required
Possess and maintain a valid US Driver License
Excellent driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must have a cell phone
High School Diploma or equivalency
Light equipment experience
Attention to detail and able to follow instructions
Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively unassisted.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Legally authorized to work in the US
Experience is a plus. Mowing your own lawn with a push mower is not what we mean...
Work Environment
This position requires physical abilities such as strength, manual dexterity, hand eye coordination and endurance, and must be able to perform all required functions of this position.
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, crouch, reach, push, pull, stoop or kneel.
Outdoor environmental conditions include extreme heat and cold conditions.
Working relationships
The Lawn Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Clients, Vendors, Owner, and other Maintenance & Landscape Crew Members. At all times, the Lawn Care Technician is a representative of Green Growers and will conduct him/herself in a professional, punctual, reliable, and above all in a respectful manner!
